Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Resham Premi, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for all products purchased directly from our website.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

All tags and original packaging must be intact.
Once your return is approved and the product passes our quality check, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
Note: If the item fails the quality check, we won’t be able to process a refund.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with tags attached.
To request an exchange, simply follow the same steps as for a return — just select the desired size during the process.
Please make sure you choose the correct size, as the one you select will be shipped.
Missing / Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
Without video evidence, we may not be able to process the claim.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, email us within 6 hours of placing it (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM).
Some orders are shipped quickly, so cancellations may not always be possible.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Once your request is raised:

Pickup will be arranged within 3–4 days.

After the product passes Quality Check, your refund or store credit will be processed.

Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 working days.
Refund Options
Refunds are processed via Store Credit/Gift Card, which you’ll receive as a promo code equal to your refund amount.

Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Can be used on any future purchase.

Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
It’s also the fastest way to get your refund!
Return Pickup & Self-Shipping

For most pin codes, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days.

If your area isn’t serviceable, you can self-ship the item to our return address.
We’ll reimburse your shipping cost (based on the courier receipt shared).
Please make sure the product meets the return conditions before shipping.
